Apple Wntch 年節使用經驗：
室外步行和自行車，有時有GPS軌跡有時沒有，在活動紀錄及體能訓練則時有時無，原因不詳。
當Nike上手動輸入的紀錄也會被活動紀錄抓人合併。
站立的計算邏輯，應該是有活動1分鐘以上丶活動須是GSensor明顯的移動才有效，而非只是站起來。
獎章的邏輯很簡單，每天的，每周的，每月的計算。再分活動丶運動及站立三種。

攻疼新醫 潘健理醫生
潘醫師首先提到酸痛是可以根治的，只要看對科找對醫生，他提到只慢性的疼痛需要積極治療但是不能著急，他比較強調的是透過乾式針灸或是注射針，來協助病患解決他們的疼痛，
他提出了14種酸痛的陷阱，舉例來說，痛的點是不是重點？麻痺一定是神經壓到嗎？
潘醫師在第三部分針對人體的九大酸痛部位分別說明，包含脖子的酸痛，肩膀的痛，網球肘，手酸麻，坐骨神經痛，髖關節退化，膝蓋，腳踝或腳底筋膜炎。
第四丶PRP自體血小板血漿注射的介紹及使用時機
第五丶他提到幾種修復酸痛的根本療法一周全式功能注射，包括乾針治療丶增生注射丶解套注射丶玻尿酸注射丶再生注射
匆匆忙忙的看完的這本書，有些地方沒那麼清楚，但也有一些概念，人總是會有酸痛，除了調整自己的姿勢與柔軟運動外，當需要治療的時候，彭醫師的方法是值得嘗試的一個方向
Apple watch nike+ 使用心得
當你開始使用Apple watch NIKE+後，你會喜歡他。
因為原本需要帶手機做運動紀錄的，現在只要Apple watch就好。 她的使用介面很好用，只要在首頁設定NIKE+符號，就可以快捷的使用NIKE run club app， 所有紀錄跟原本的app是同步的，完成後，手錶上也可以看到軌跡與紀錄，比手機多的，是心率的資料。《圖1》
手表的特色，還有他的三環體能運動，前一個文章說過，這三環是活動（每天目標450卡），運動（每天30分），站立（每天有12小時，該小時站立超過10分鐘）
《圖2》小弟昨天的運動與活動都達標了，只有站立沒有達成吧，因為昨天下午開會，一直坐著，連續六小時只有站起來幾分鐘伸懶腰，但是只要哪一個小時的站立時間不到10分鐘，那連續6個小時都沒有紀錄，因此，昨天的內圈未達標。
《圖三》是室外運動的軌跡。室外運動，可以採用NRC（NIKE RUN CLUB） APP， 也可以使用Apple watch 內建的體能訓練功能。差別在於，《缺點》體能訓練再手機上看到的是另一個APP， 無法跟過去NRC的紀錄整合在一起，《優點》她包含步行，單車，游泳，室內運動等多項運動，選擇多於NRC， 另外手機上的體能訓練app只能show他的運動軌跡，NRC的運動紀錄會在體能訓練app上出現但不會出現軌跡。
此外，有趣的是，室內運動即時走到室外，將不會紀錄軌跡。室外自行車運動，也不會紀錄軌跡，視同活動。我嘗試開車時打開室外跑步或走路功能，也許手沒有擺動，身體沒有震動，運動距離不會累積，但是GPS軌跡會紀錄。
我拿Apple watch 紀錄的距離時間卡路里， 與mysports 比較，兩個數值很接近，代表這兩只app應該都是經過專業調校過了。
繼續使用，好好發揮它的功用。

Apple Watch Nike+ 開箱使用
去年10月28推出的NIKE+ 版， 但一直沒有現貨，直到最近，專櫃陸續有貨。在週末入手，42mm NIke+版。
第一天回家，安裝nike+ 一直無法成功，原來手機上原本的Nike+run club 沒有登出，Apple watch 上的nike+ app 無法順利安裝。
摘要前2天使用心得如下：
他的表面變化很多，可以自己選擇表面，將近幾十種的組合或圖樣，包含角落的符號，有七八種的選擇調整，圖案有些顏色也可以調整。
米奇，米妮的指針，還可以改變衣服顏色，
右側上方的轉鈕，輕壓可以叫出 app 分佈，上面所有的app都可以自由移動位置，點一下app就
可以開始使用app的功能。我們可以將常用的挪到中間，輕易點選
活動紀錄：三個環，外環紅色（活動，目標450卡路里／天），中環（運動，黃綠色，目標每天30分鐘），內環藍色（站立時間，目標12小時），往下滑，可以看到這三環根據每小時的數值柱狀圖；活動／運動的內容，如果有nike run club的資料，會用灰白色呈現。基本上，這只手錶將NRC的資料做完整的整合
體能訓練：一個小綠人，可以切入開始訓練，包含多種的運動，室內室外，跑步，走路，自行車，飛輪等。訓練的結果，會根據活動（只有卡路里，沒有軌跡），運動（有軌跡，距離，時間）分為兩個顏色呈現。
右側下方的按鈕，可以叫出 app dock， 這上面的app，採用頁面時呈現，這些dock 是可以被替換修改項目，包括天氣，訊息，郵件，運動紀錄，體能訓練，NRC，LINE等等。很方便看到過去的紀錄，以及選擇的項目
搭配手機app的 管理介面，更容易看到完整的資訊，例如最下面一張圖，圖中app內含4大功能， 紀錄（就是當日的三環圖與活動／運動／站立說明），體能訓練（就可以看到每一筆資料，每一筆點進去還可以再看到詳細的運動紀錄，心跳，卡路里等，甚至軌跡圖），成就（給予一些奇怪的圖案獎章），分享（分享給好友）
手機還會將每天的三環圖，放到行事曆上，讓愛用者，很快看到自己每天的運動狀況。
總之，試了兩天，發現這個手錶真的太棒了。除了運動活動外，還有呼吸測量，或叫做正念服務，每天練習呼吸幾次，每次1分鐘內呼吸7次，讓自己的身心放鬆，也是很棒的創意。
當然，這個手錶還當作遠端遙控照相，SIRI的通話媒介，鬧鐘，等等等的小功能，讓他更顯得有價值。

電影:遠山的呼喚
1>遲來的北國之春
一個大雨的夜裡、高倉健主演的A田島耕作迷路了、他來到北海道一農家借宿、女主人B民子和小男孩C武志相依為命、女主人熱情接待他、並给他住倉庫。夜晚時剛好母牛要分娩、他幫她協助小牛生產。

OBD II 的困境
大約4年前，開始聽到OBDII這個名詞，覺得很新鮮。有個廠商告訴我，UBI的時代即將來臨，到時候OBDII的市場將蓬勃發展。
兩三年前，工業局開始推動4G科專，那時候，車聯網的議題，也是來自於OBD II的硬體，可以即時收集駕駛人的開車行為，然後根據駕駛人的行為，保險公司給予保險費的折讓。另一方面，消費者可以透過OBD II所收集的資料，即時的提供車輛的診斷資訊，讓車主提早進保養廠，避免發生故障後再送修。
大約1年前，保險公司開始推出UBI保單，前提是車主需要安裝OBDII，即時的將個人駕駛行為往上傳，讓保險公司可以知道車主有無猛煞車，急加速，怠速等等。但是過了一年，有人說，車主的教育訓練還不夠，有人則認為UBI只是個口號與泡沫。
今天跟幾個朋友聊天，發現OBDII的問題可還真多。
首先，OBD II的功能，大約2007年後的車輛讀寫插頭（OBD）規格逐漸統一，才讓OBD製造商可以製作一種商品，可以插到不同的車輛接頭。原來以為，世界即將歸於標準，後來才發現，OBD的插頭與插座雖然相容，但是讀取資料的漏失率還很高，而且不同的車輛品牌，對於OBDII的相容性變化也大。
簡單的說，消費者去大賣場或汽車百貨，買了OBD後， 要裝到汽車上，要先確認哪些車款的讀取資料比例較高。那些車，甚至插上IBDII，還會造成主系統當機？
接著，當原廠直接做成T-BOX，收集telematics的資訊，傳到原廠的app，讓消費者直接查詢，那麼，後裝市場的OBDII將漸漸失去吸引力，畢竟，原廠的資訊服務，品牌的認同將高於，後裝市場上，其他第三方的信任度。
保險公司，也希望來搜集OBDII的資料作為保費調降的參考，但是，保險公司的精算師，發現數據量不夠大，無法精算，而且採樣的樣本或使用的車主，是否具有代表性，此等問題，沒有解決，保險公司，絕對不敢貿然推動UBI的，那可能影響到很大的保費損失。反之，如果保險費的降幅有限，消費者為什麼要跟保險公司合作OBDII？ 除非，法規的規定。
任何一個新的概念或是獲利模式，它的出現，可能只是構想，然後就會放到市場上驗證，很多看起來很好的概念，也許不會成真，也許還欠東風。

AT&T在去年初，成立了一個研發中心，專注在透過物聯網技術，執行遠距健康的照護，例如當病人們進到醫院時，過去的個人健康資料（PHR），就已經全部進到電子病歷（EMR），並且經過大數據分析，可以快速的協助醫生了解病人的狀況。
同時在這個環境，透過物聯網的電子技術，用藍芽快速的搜集病人的所有相關資料，包括血壓，血糖，心跳等等，藉由大數據，快速追蹤與分析病人的情況。
