原則 W0工作原則的前言

我已把工作原则分成三个部分：培育良好的文化、择选英才、打造并更新这部机器。

嚴厲之愛
為了達成目標，對不應該妥協的事，就絕不退讓，

桥水不是那种按照一般化的标准行事、暮气沉沉的公司。在桥水，应该为追求极高的标准拼命去工作，并为因努力而出类拔萃感到欣喜。我们压倒一切的目标就是做到卓越，或更准确地说，持续精进，使桥水成为一家在各方面都出类拔萃、不断进取的公司。

1. we have a high goal and we hire many independent thinkers. （挑選人才）
2. we make the group decision and get consensus by idea mediocracy ( 创意择优)
3. we write down the decision principles in paper, type into computer, and then  we make decision based on the computer record. （更新機器）
4. we have ever succeeded based on the decision process.
5. We have ever failed based on the decision process.
6. we learn the teaching from our failure.
7. we improve our work performance and build good relationship, so employees and customers are happy and satisfactory.
8. we can hire more independent thinkers and then we may have a higher goal. ( 進化）

创意择优=极度求真+极度透明+可信度加权的决策

创意择优：
（1）开诚布公地亮出你的观点；
（2）针对分歧认真讨论；
（3）遵循所形成的共识，消除过去的分歧。
