If the elders just take the watch and they don't use it. All the watches become gift and useless. No data is collected.

It claims the watch can track the activities and GPS location of the elders. But it is effective only when the watch is connected to the lora network. But what is the network coverage?
The motivation or the incentive for the elders to generate data and upload the data is unclear.
