SI social impact
The social productivity is very important in a shrinking economy. Ex. child less, productive aged population less, but aged population more. how can we count the impact?
Social value 包含economcal value, 也包含social impact
但後二者有交集
不同的stakeholders...政府、纳税人、受益人、企业、保全civil seculity、社区、每个人的价值看法都不一樣、
不同公司有不同的SROI估法、

這時SE負責執行
