美國2040要做v2x

欧盟horizon 2020 project, 

Germany 2015.9 starts the connected car programs.

China, conndcted car development innovation action plan 2015 to 2020. it will use 5G 

2016, promote internet + convenient transpotation for intelligent transportation services.

Till 2021, there will be 77% of new cars in China will be connected. Half of consumer cars sold will be connected then in China.

Opprtunity and challenges

1. connected car is still in early stage. it is single unit, small region or not scalable

2. reliability of control, privacy of data and security of networking

3.silo of each car makers, no interoperability

future direction,

focus on critical technology RnD, innovation like sensors, devices, operation system,

collaboration among units, more resources imposement

define the spectrum and standard format or api etc.
