金字塔原理－引言的四種寫法 （chapter 4）

在第四章，金字塔原理，提供四種撰寫模式供參考：
1.指令模式，What to do? How to do? 指導別人怎麼做？做什麼？
S: we want to do X
C: so we need You  do Y
Q: how can  you do Y?

key line:  steps

S: everyone has his way to do X
C: But we hope every one use the same way Y to do X
Q: what is Y?

2.尋求同意模式, should we do?  下屬尋求同意／批准，上司問我們應該做嗎？
S: current situation and problem
C: there is a solution but the cost is high
Q: should I approve it?
A: financial analysis

key line: justification (financial and non-financial benefit)

3.解釋方法模式，
S: you use system X to fulfill some job function
C: But it did not work
Q:how can we adjust the system X so as to fulfill its function

key line= steps

4.多選一模式（which one to be picked?)
S: we want to achieve X
C: There are many ways to achieve X, by Y,Z, U,V
Q: which one is proper?

key line : options

PART 2: consulting document
2-1. Proposal
S: we see you face a problem XX
C: we know you want to find an outside partner to help you
Q: why are we trustworthy to you?

key line: we understand your problem XX; we have a solution YY for XX; we have experience for the solution YY; our quotation is reasonable.

2-2. Status report
S: we are solving problem XX
C: we are using solution YY to solve XX, but it need be verified
Q: what is the status of verification? does it work?

key line: verification steps and methods.
