BCG談未來不確定年代的策略

今天經理人月刊十周年活動邀請BCG董事總經理francois Candelon演講，他提出調適性策略的5大優勢及做法。

他列出的5大調適性能力如下；
1.signal advantage: detect, capture and exploit information patterns (ex. TESCO)
2.experimentation advantage: improve economics of experimentation (ex. INTUIT)
3.organization advantage: shape human context for adaption (ex. netflix)
4.system advantage: shape business ecosystem (ex. IBM, Apple)
5.influence and initiative advantage: shape your environment when possible. (ex. GE)

Dimension2 on adaptive leadership,
1. navigating the business environment
2. leading with empathy
3. learning through self-correction
4. creating win-win solution

Adaptation should balance between cost and payoff.
