He said reputation index of mobile operators are just above " tobacco industry." A major reason is the roaming charges. He said many customers will switch off mobile phones while roaming as its higher fees.
He knows the mobile operators' margins are as low as single digits. He urges the government or regulators to make trading conditions easier. How?
