根據Light reading , Iain Morris, News Editor, 7/21/2016的這篇文章, SK Telecom Sees LTE-M, LoRa as Its 'Two Main IoT Pillars'

Iain Morris 提出一些數據與連結,
1.According to SK Telecom, LoRa networks are now being deployed in 16 countries -- including France, the Netherlands and the US -- while proofs of concept for LoRa are underway in 56 countries. SK Telecom, 多方佈局, 他在去年初跟 Spain's Telefónica參與 U$1.15 億元的 Sigfox 增資。2016/3 完成LTE-M的網路布建, 2016/6 完成LORA的全國覆蓋。
2.Last month, Sigfox told Light Reading its technology was being used in a total of 20 countries. 參考Iain Morris 6/27/2016 另一篇文章 Sigfox Said to Face Customer Backlash (http://www.lightreading.com/iot/iot-strategies/sigfox-said-to-face-customer-backlash/d/d-id/724292) 提到Sigfox已經有700萬個連線裝置, 其中alarm-services company Securitas Direct 這家公司在法國與西班牙就有超過120萬家庭用戶, 採用Sigfox. 此外, Nigiloc, a French startup developing tracking gadgets for bicycles, 最近宣布中止Sigfox 的上市計畫, 因為 coverage 的問題。早先還有兩家法國公司Clear Channel (看板廣告 billboard advertising in France) 與 MAAF (室內煙霧偵測) 也體驗過, 後來沒有採用。根據預估去年的全球營收大約5 million歐元 (1.8億元台幣).  每月ARPU 大約個位數字的台幣(2~5元)。
3) 法國電信公司Orange 與Bouygues 分別在17, 15個城市推廣Lora, 但是Orange 表示, 長遠來看, 他們還是會採用電信標準, 所以他們同時也在進行EC-GSM, LTE-M的測試, 他們認為Lora 將有幾年的機會, 在LTE/5G等IOT相關技術普及前的機會。Orange, 也投資Actlity (Lora network server供應商). Orange 也正在併購Bouygues

4) 只有KPN, ORANGE, SK Telecom推出Lora, 那麼其他的電信大公司怎麼看:
-AT&T 反對unlicensed band LPWA, 支持LTE 為基礎的LTE-M (CAT M1) & LTE CAT M2 (NB-IOT)
